Safety Production

In order to ensure that production process is going smoothly, we establish a safety production team and appoint part-time safety men who get the related training and clarify the responsibility and management requirements to advance the safety management system of our company. Meanwhile production department also work out a new safety management regulation to check out the machines and facilities safety periodically, find out hidden troubles and provide efficient solutions.

　

Training

In order to keep in step with the company annual training plan and meet the actual needs of production, production department draw up a departmental training with more sufficient contents which include post skills, professional basic knowledge, responsibilities, administrative provisions, ISO9001 system and 8S management etc. The training result has passed actual working test which is very good. To some extent, this training increased our staff the consciousness of safety, quality, management and self-control.

Product quality

In accordance with the requirements of ISO9001: 2000 quality management system standard, production department should give a effective control of the entire process of production from every link of quality inspection and tracks, from raw material procurement, inspection, warehousing, and production processes to the finished product inspection, protection, and storage, etc. In the process of production, we need to continue to accumulate experience, revise and improve the original paper records of the production process to make sure the quality control of products more precise, detailed and effective.
According to the new record, we will provide the training to make workers grasp the main points and write down all kinds of records proficiently to ensure that in the production process, the quality of the products are effectively controlled to produce quality and reliable products to make our company realized the quality objectives and providing better service for our customers.
