IV. Agreement　

1.Charge agreement
In the list of charges for leasing AE-1800L, monthly aggregate amount is the different value between gas expenses and returned electricity fees. If the different value is lower than basic rental, monthly aggregate amount will be used as basic rental.

3.Agreement on returned electricity expenses
(1)Returned electricity fees based on local charge standards
(2)The watt-hour meter inside the equipment records electricity consumption; electricity consumption under standby condition is neither recorded, nor returned by AE Company, thus try to reduce standby time to save electricity.
