Welfare system
We are concerned about life of our staff in every
detail, aside 5 insurances; we also provide various
welfares as follows:
- Allotment of shares (as a bonus annually to
staff according to the regulation in Aquarius energy
in U.S);
- 5 Insurances as a basis;
- Nutritional lunch and extra-work meal (various
main foods, such as rice and baozi, and four
different dishes and soup) are available for staff,
meanwhile there are all kinds of tastes and brands
instant noodles(all free);
- Café house: all kinds of programs showing (such
as soccer, movie), and you'll enjoy the unique
coffee here causing the coffee was made by our AE
system---- the world's most environmentally friendly
and high technology products (the coffee is just for
you).You can also share our tea time, mango juice,
orange juice, wax gourd tea (from Taiwan), cakes,
cookies and etc. The most exciting thing here is our
mugs which marked our photos on it;
- Birthday cake: family-friendly company is one of
our culture and everyone here can have their own
cake and card on their birthday with the company of
our staff and birthday song. We try to create a
environment to make you feel good and relaxing;
- We have the welfare committee which is to
provide related supporting in time;
- Monthly staff meeting gives a chance for our
staff to give their good advices for our
company(constructive better)
- Senior manager could go back to dorm by company
bus or take a taxi.
- As for those friends who are creative and
meditative, they must feel great for a big pool in
the square where they can enjoy their own time in
the sun.(and also free for that);
- Enjoyment of the regular year domestic tourism,
as well as a special party, also free. (excluding
colleagues marriage );
- Good public facilities: staff restaurants,
coffee house, entertainment rooms, air-conditioned,
comfortable office environment and moderate
temperature ensure we can have a good environment to
work.
- There are two-day weekend, national holidays,
annual leave and other holidays. "working hard is
for the better life"----we advocate having a break.
Every employee enjoys the paid leave and as the
growth of working period the paid leave will
increase.
- According to the U.S. company practice, the
annual Christmas should be held a grand annual event
with a lucky draw to encourage hard work of everyone
in the last year. (Consolation prize will give you
if you don't get any lucky draw!);
- In these traditional festivals: Mid-Autumn
Festival, the Spring Festival, Dragon Boat
Festival…we will prepare a gift for you.
- Free training, we are only willing to train
those who would like to improve themselves and
aggressive. if you are not, please don't apply to
